Faunistic data base for Kosovo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Numerous faunistic data were collected, especially during the summer schools but also during other field trips. Many of these data are documented with collected specimens. In addition, there are also numerous visual observations, especially of vertebrates. The database currently contains more than 2,700 records and can be used to estimate the distribution of individual animal species in Kosovo.<\/p>\n

Kurset e unazimit t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga viti 2016, Kosova ka mir\u00ebpritur pun\u00ebtorit\u00eb p\u00ebr unazimin e shpend\u00ebve t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga Universiteti i Konstanzes dhe Instituti Max Planck p\u00ebr Ornitologji. K\u00ebto kurse u ofrojn\u00eb student\u00ebve trajnim praktik n\u00eb hulumtimin e shpend\u00ebve dhe kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet globale t\u00eb ruajtjes.<\/p>\n

Pun\u00ebtoria e par\u00eb, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Dr. Wolfgang Fiedler n\u00eb 2016, i njoftoi student\u00ebt vendas me teknikat e unazimit t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve. Me kalimin e viteve, k\u00ebto pun\u00ebtori jan\u00eb rritur duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga Kosova, Shqip\u00ebria dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Nj\u00eb moment i madh historik u arrit kur KEERC-i kreu unazimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdorur unazat e sjella nga Gjermania, pasi vendit ende i mungojn\u00eb unazat e veta komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Deri n\u00eb vitin 2018, KEERC-i kishte marr\u00eb nj\u00eb rol aktiv n\u00eb organizimin e kurseve t\u00eb fokusuara n\u00eb gjurmimin e shpend\u00ebve shtegtar\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr ruajtjen. Me mb\u00ebshtetjen e vazhdueshme nga ekspert\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe vendor\u00eb, Kosova vazhdon t\u00eb zgjeroj\u00eb rolin e saj n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimet globale ornitologjike.<\/p>\n

Monitorimi i shtegtimit t\u00eb lejlek\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me ekspert\u00ebt e Institutit Max Planck p\u00ebr Ornitologji dhe Universitetit te Konstanzes n\u00eb Gjermani n\u00eb vitet 2016 - 2018 p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb filloi nj\u00eb pilot projekt p\u00ebr unazimin e Lejlekut t\u00eb Bardh\u00eb dhe gjurmimin me GPS.<\/p>\n

Deri m\u00eb tani, rrug\u00ebt e shtegtimit t\u00eb 8 individ\u00ebve t\u00eb lejlek\u00ebve t\u00eb bardh\u00eb dhe 1 lejleku t\u00eb zi jan\u00eb gjurmuar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Universitetin e Konstanzes dhe Institutin Max Planck p\u00ebr Ornitologji duke p\u00ebrdorur regjistrues t\u00eb paneleve diellore GPS\/ACC me precizitet t\u00eb lart\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuesit (E-Obs GmbH; Mynih, Gjermani) q\u00eb u jan\u00eb vendosur te vegjelve te lejlekeve.<\/p>\n

Our results from satellite tracking enable us to document, for the first time, the passage and stopover patterns of White Storks from their breeding ground in Kosovo into the overwintering place in northern, central eastern and southern Africa.<\/p>\n

Herpetology courses<\/strong><\/p>\n

Together with students from the University of Prishtina, Dr.sc. Karsten Sch\u00e4fer conducted two field herpetology courses. The results are an important contribution to the knowledge of the amphibians and reptiles of Kosovo.<\/p>\n

Bats<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the summer schools and other courses, numerous caves were studied for their bat fauna. Several species were identified, including one new to Kosovo.<\/p>\n

Regjistrimi Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i shpend\u00ebve t\u00eb ujit (IWC), si nj\u00eb program monitorimi global p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar statusin e shpend\u00ebve ujor\u00eb dhe ligatinave, i kryer \u00e7do vit n\u00eb muajin Janar n\u00eb baza vullnetare, luan nj\u00eb rol vendimtar n\u00eb gjurmimin e popullatave t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve t\u00eb ujit dhe habitateve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, IWC u inicua p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2019 p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb KEERCit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrin\u00eb e Mjedisit, Planifikimit Hap\u00ebsinor dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs. Regjistrimi u zhvillua gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe kur popullatat e shpend\u00ebve ujor\u00eb dim\u00ebrues jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe mbeten n\u00eb vende t\u00eb caktuara. Duke p\u00ebrdorur dylbite dhe teleskopet e siguruara nga KEERC, v\u00ebzhguesit kryen num\u00ebrimin n\u00eb 10 ligatina t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb rrjetin e IWC. Covering multiple wetland sites, this initiative provides essential data for conservation efforts and raises awareness about waterbird conservation.
