In the framework of the realization of the project, within the component for networking with academic, governmental and local institutions, on 14.02.2024 the project team held a meeting with the Rector of the University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti” Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani. The meeting was also attended by Prof. Assoc.Dr. Serdan Kervan – Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement as well as Prof. Assoc. Dr. Rifat Morina.
The main topic of the meeting was the discussion about cooperation with this institution of great academic importance in the country, with special emphasis on the possibilities of engaging students and professors from the University of Prizren in the joint activities of KEERC.
The rector expressed the readiness of the university staff to cooperate in concrete initiatives between the University of Prizren, the University of Konstanz and KEERC in support of environmental education and research activities for students.
On this occasion was also discussed the support that KEERC is believed to be able to provide in this case, on the occasion of conducting agreements for the mobility of academic staff and students with the University of Konstanz.

We also visited the Directorate of Education in the Municipality of Prizren where we were welcomed by the director Mrs. Luljeta Veselaj and we discussed the possibility of organizing practical educational programs with students of schools in Prizren, with the aim of getting to know the values of biodiversity.
